Responsibilities
- ● Oversee day-to-day pool operations.
- ● Monitor performance of aquatic facilities.
- ● Prepare and analyse operational reports.
- ● Ensure adherence to all relevant legislation, industry standards and best practices.
Requirements
- ● Certificate III in Aquatics and Community Recreation with all the specific competencies in Aquatic Technical Operations or equivalent industry qualifications.
- ● Demonstrated experience in swimming pool operation and supervision.
- ● Current Pool Lifeguard Licence, Application of First Aid Certificate, Advanced Resuscitation, and Oxygen Equipment.
- ● Proven ability to take responsibility for safety of patrons.
- ● Interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
