Responsibilities
- ● At Terminal 3 Roasters, we're looking for a team player who are genuinely passionate about coffee and eager to make a meaningful impact in the industry. Our vision is to grow far beyond a local shop into a leading brand in specialty coffee.

- ● We're looking for a dedicated barista who values craft and hospitality. You'll join a skilled team focused on preparing top-quality beverages and building strong connections with our community. We're seeking someone who is driven, detail-oriented, and excited to grow into leadership or specialized roles as we scale.
- ● To maintain high standards, we have a set of core requirements for this role:
- ● SCA certification or a minimum of 2 years' specialty coffee experience
- ● Deep knowledge of specialty versus commercial coffee
- ● Expertise in espresso dialing, grinding, milk steaming, and foundational latte art
- ● Clear, confident communication to guide customers through our menu
- ● Meticulous attention to detail and consistency in drink preparation

- ● Dial in and pull espresso shots to our established standards
- ● Educate customers on brewing techniques, origin stories, and tasting notes
- ● Keep workstations and equipment spotless and well-organized
- ● Track and replenish inventory levels
- ● Process orders and payments accurately and efficiently
- ● Address feedback promptly to ensure every guest leaves happy
