• ● To maintain high standards, we have a set of core requirements for this role:
• ● SCA certification or a minimum of 2 years' specialty coffee experience
• ● Deep knowledge of specialty versus commercial coffee
• ● Expertise in espresso dialing, grinding, milk steaming, and foundational latte art
• ● Clear, confident communication to guide customers through our menu
• ● Meticulous attention to detail and consistency in drink preparation

• ● Dial in and pull espresso shots to our established standards
• ● Educate customers on brewing techniques, origin stories, and tasting notes
• ● Keep workstations and equipment spotless and well-organized
• ● Track and replenish inventory levels
• ● Process orders and payments accurately and efficiently
• ● Address feedback promptly to ensure every guest leaves happy
