Responsibilities

  • ● Provide personalised skincare and haircare consultations based on customers' needs.
  • ● Recommend suitable products and treatments and explain their benefits.
  • ● Demonstrate products and share simple usage techniques with customers.
  • ● Deliver friendly and professional customer service.
  • ● Support the team in achieving individual and outlet sales targets.
  • ● Keep updated on products, treatments, promotions and ongoing campaigns.
  • ● Assist during promotional events and product launches when required.
  • ● Ensure the counter is clean, well-stocked and presentable.
  • ● Assist with basic administrative duties and other ad hoc tasks when required.

Requirements

  • ● Prior experience as a Beauty Advisor or in a similar beauty/retail role preferred.
  • ● Passionate about skincare, haircare and beauty.
  • ● Good customer service and communication skills.
  • ● Friendly, proactive and comfortable engaging with customers.
  • ● Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • ● Must be flexible to work shifts, weekends and Public Holidays.
