Responsibilities

  • ● ns and sales reporting, and boosting sales targets.
  • ● Plan and implement strategies to attract customers and boost sales
  • ● Supervise and train retail staff
  • ● Manage backend ordering and sales reporting
  • ● Communicate with vendors, clients, and team members
  • ● Monitor costs, budgets, and resources
  • ● Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • ● Minimum diploma in Retail Management or related discipline
  • ● Supervisory experience in Retail industry to lead the retail team
  • ● Possess good writing and documentation skills
  • ● Familiarity with IT systems for cashless payments (preferred but not required)
  • ● Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays
