Responsibilities
- ● Establish and maintain high sanitation standards in all food preparation areas.
- ● Provide functional assistance to operations during peak periods and functions.
- ● Keep F&B equipment inventory book up to date.
- ● Maintain all F&B areas free of pests at all times.
- ● Clean food preparation areas, facilities, or equipment.
- ● Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools, including the dishwashing machine, hand wash stations, pot-scrubbing station, and trash compactor.
- ● Wash and disinfect kitchen and store room areas, tables, tools, knives, and equipment.
- ● Receive deliveries, store perishables properly and rotate stock.
- ● Ensure clean wares are stored in appropriate areas.
Requirements
- ● STM/STPM is preferred.
- ● Job types include full-time and permanent positions, and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- ● Work location is in person.
