Responsibilities
- ● Act as the First Officer on the Challenger 300 fleet based out of YYZ.
- ● Work with Captain to ensure flights are conducted in a safe manner.
- ● Support daily operation activities on available reserve days.
- ● Liaise with Chartright's Flight Coordination Centre and Sales to ensure all operational and service requirements are delivered.
- ● Foster an environment of collaboration and encourage an atmosphere where co-workers can share ideas, improvements, and solutions.
- ● Provide direct customer service to clients contributing to their exceptional client experience.
- ● Perform monthly training courses and other duties as required.
- ● What You Bring:
- ● Canadian Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) or Commercial Pilot License (CPL) with IATRA.
- ● Group 1 Multi-Engine IFR.
- ● Valid Transport Canada Medical.
- ● Canadian Radio Telephone License.
- ● Minimum of 1500 hours total flight time.
- ● Minimum 500 multi-engine PIC hours, jet or turbine time is preferred.
- ● Ability to lift up to 60 I bs .
- ● Hands-on experience with flight management systems and glass cockpits.
- ● Strong understanding of aviation weather, airport performance, flight plan calculations, fuel planning, weight, and balance.
- ● Expert knowledge of the Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs) and SMS safety practices.
- ● A positive mindset with the strong ability to work collaboratively and effectively build relationships across the organization.
- ● Strong written and verbal communication skills .
