Responsibilities

  • Act as the First Officer on the Challenger 300 fleet based out of YYZ.
  • Work with Captain to ensure flights are conducted in a safe manner.
  • Support daily operation activities on available reserve days.
  • Liaise with Chartright's Flight Coordination Centre and Sales to ensure all operational and service requirements are delivered.
  • Foster an environment of collaboration and encourage an atmosphere where co-workers can share ideas, improvements, and solutions.
  • Provide direct customer service to clients contributing to their exceptional client experience.
  • Perform monthly training courses and other duties as required.
  • What You Bring:
  • Canadian Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) or Commercial Pilot License (CPL) with IATRA.
  • Group 1 Multi-Engine IFR.
  • Valid Transport Canada Medical.
  • Canadian Radio Telephone License.
  • Minimum of 1500 hours total flight time.
  • Minimum 500 multi-engine PIC hours, jet or turbine time is preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 60 I bs .
  • Hands-on experience with flight management systems and glass cockpits.
  • Strong understanding of aviation weather, airport performance, flight plan calculations, fuel planning, weight, and balance.
  • Expert knowledge of the Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs) and SMS safety practices.
  • A positive mindset with the strong ability to work collaboratively and effectively build relationships across the organization.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills .
