Responsibilities

• ● Strategic Business Partnering
• ● Act as a trusted advisor to business leadership teams on strategic and operational decisions.
• ● Challenge and influence business plans to optimize growth, profitability, and capital allocation.
• ● Translate business strategies into financial outcomes and actionable recommendations.
• ● Drive value creation initiatives and support long-term strategic planning.
• ● Performance Management & Business Steering
• ● Lead monthly performance reviews and provide insights into key business drivers.
• ● Analyze P&L performance, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend corrective actions.
• ● Develop financial narratives that enable management teams to make informed decisions.
• ● Monitor key financial and operational KPIs to ensure achievement of business objectives.
• ● Budgeting, Forecasting & Planning
• ● Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning processes.
• ● Provide robust financial modelling and scenario analysis to support decision-making.
• ● Partner with business stakeholders to develop realistic yet ambitious financial targets.
• ● Ensure alignment between strategic initiatives and financial plans.
• ● Financial Analysis & Insights
• ● Perform in-depth P&L analysis, variance analysis, and root-cause investigations.
• ● Evaluate profitability across products, customers, channels, and business segments.
• ● Conduct investment evaluations, business cases, and post-implementation reviews.
• ● Deliver forward-looking insights and predictive analysis to support business growth.

Requirements

• ● Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
• ● MBA, CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent professional qualification is an advantage.
• ● -12+ years of experience in Finance Business Partnering, FP&A, Controlling, or Commercial Finance.
• ● Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, performance management, and strategic planning.
• ● Strong track record of influencing senior stakeholders and business leaders.
• ● Technical Skills
• ● Strong understanding of P&L management and financial performance steering.
• ● Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and scenario planning.
• ● Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• ● Strong proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SAP, and financial planning tools.
