About the Role

Manage data analytics, market research, overall market performance and requirement based on BD proposals. Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, competitive dynamics, and business growth opportunities that inform Business Development strategies. Leverage the IQVIA dashboard to analyze market data, monitor performance metrics, and deliver actionable business intelligence to key stakeholders. Drive continuous self-development in the medical sales industry and DKSH's business practices, building subject matter expertise that supports evolving business development needs. Administrative duties and coordination tasks as required.

Responsibilities

  • ● Manage data analytics, market research, overall market performance and requirement based on BD proposals.

Requirements

  • ● Bachelor of Degree in Business Administration, Business Solution, Marketing or other related studies.
  • ● Minimally 2-3 years of relevant working experience.
  • ● Possess strong analytical skills and reporting skills.
  • ● Be well organized and skilled in managing multiple projects and tasks.
  • ● Be autonomous, a self-starter who can manage own time as well as influence, encourage and drive projects.
  • ● Have good negotiation skills with commercial acumen and the ability to partner effectively with leaders and teams.
  • ● Have good communication and presentation skills.
  • ● Have SAP system experience.
