Job Summary Join Zhenghe Logistics as a Shipping Assistant to support seamless import/export, Sea Freight / AirFreight documents and prepares necessary documentation.
Responsibilities
- ● Manage import and export shipment operations by preparing and verifying necessary documentation to ensure compliance and timely processing
- ● Preparing of Invoices, permits and cargoinsurances.
- ● Liaise with clients regarding certificatesapplication.
- ● Coordination with shipping lines/forwarder -arrange transshipment of container, checking of vessel schedule for connectingon barges.
- ● Bill of Lading draft submission to shipping liners/freight forwarders.
- ● Printing of Original Bill of Lading from shipping liner's online platform.
- ● Apply and process all types of permit using Tradeweb
- ● Back to back Certificate of Origin application via Tradeweb.
- ● Submission of the full set of documents to the bank for DIP, D/A, L/C terms.
- ● Scanning of documents into in-house server/filing.
- ● Preparation of Local Delivery documentation.
- ● Liaising with the client on delivery arrangement
- ● Coordinating with the warehouse on the goods collection/delivery.
- ● Monitoring shipping line nomination of transshipment containers.
- ● Data entry using in-house system, update on import container.
- ● Coordinate with transporters, and arrange clearance for LCL from ports to Client's warehouse.
- ● Transportation job arrangement assignments.
- ● Support any other ad hoc assignments as mayrequire from time to time.
