About the Company

Responsibilities

• ● Source and acquire new customers through digital platforms, referrals, and other sales channels.
• ● Promote and recommend suitable loan packages, including tele-sales for new and existing customers.
• ● Assist customers with loan applications, agreement signing, and submission of required documents.
• ● Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional and timely communication.
• ● Respond promptly to customer enquiries and provide support on account-related matters.
• ● Perform data entry, documentation, and system updates accurately.
• ● Monitor customers' repayment status and follow up on overdue accounts.
• ● Assist in basic credit assessment, verification of customer information, and reporting to superior.
• ● Ensure proper filing, record-keeping, and adherence to company procedures.
• ● Support branch operations, including general housekeeping and administrative tasks.
• ● Carry out ad hoc duties as assigned by superior.

Requirements

• ● Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• ● Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant sales experience is an advantage.
• ● Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• ● Sales-driven, customer-oriented, and result-focused.
• ● Basic knowledge of financial products or lending practices is an added advantage.
• ● Computer literate with good data entry skills.
• ● Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• ● Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
