Responsibilities
- ● Perform prescription assembly and data entry.
- ● Process customer transactions, including receiving and releasing prescriptions.
- ● Receive in-person and telephone refill requests and record deliveries.
- ● Promote Profile programs.
- ● Perform compounding.
- ● Assemble pill packs.
- ● File prescriptions, order and replenish supplies, and clean.
- ● Create and receive drug orders.
- ● Schedule professional clinical services such as medication reviews, health risk assessments, and disease state managements.
- ● Manage BTC.
- ● Perform administrative duties including cycle counts, narcotic counts, return to stocks, TML's, and manual third parties.
- ● Adhere to and implement all applicable company standards.
- ● Assist with other pharmacy operations as required.
Requirements
- ● Pharmacy Assistant Diploma from a recognized post-secondary institute (preferred).
- ● Previous pharmacy experience is an asset.
- ● Excellent attention to detail.
- ● Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- ● Adhere to and implement all applicable company standards.
- ● Legal ability to work in the position.
