Responsibilities

  • ● Lead engineering teams across all disciplines (process, mechanical, piping, civil, E&I, telecom).
  • ● Manage FEED verification, detailed design, and IFC deliverables.
  • ● Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco standards, specifications, and procedures.
  • ● Coordinate engineering interfaces with client, PMT, licensors, vendors, procurement, and construction teams.
  • ● Monitor engineering progress, man-hours, resource utilization, and deliverable schedules.
  • ● Lead design reviews, constructability reviews, HAZOP, and technical workshops.
  • ● Manage technical queries (TQs), design changes, and engineering risks.
  • ● Provide engineering support during procurement, construction, and commissioning.

Requirements

  • ● Bachelor's degree in engineering (process or mechanical).
  • ● Minimum 15 years of engineering experience, including 8+ years in engineering management.
  • ● Proven experience on Saudi Aramco GES+ projects.
  • ● Strong knowledge of Saudi Aramco standards and design management processes.
  • ● Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
