Responsibilities

  • Business development
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across industrial and critical infrastructure sectors.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Generate and qualify sales opportunities through networking, prospecting, and client engagement.
  • Support vendor registration and prequalification activities with prospective clients.
  • Monitor and respond to market opportunities, tenders, and requests for proposals.
  • Account management
  • Manage and grow existing customer accounts.
  • Develop strong relationships with executive, operational, and technical stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to expand services and solutions within existing accounts.
  • Support contract renewals and long-term customer retention.

  • Collaborate with technical and presales teams to develop tailored solutions and proposals.
  • Manage opportunities throughout the sales cycle from qualification to closure.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM records.
  • Partner & market engagement
  • Build relationships with technology partners, system integrators, and industry stakeholders.
  • Represent AIS at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.
  • Stay informed on OT cybersecurity trends, regulations, and market developments within Saudi Arabia.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of B2B solution sales experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience selling cybersecurity, industrial automation, OT, ICS, or industrial IT solutions in Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong understanding of industrial environments, including SCADA, DCS, PLC, and HMI systems.
  • Knowledge of OT cybersecurity standards and frameworks such as IEC 62443, NCA OTCC, ECC, and NIST SP 800-82.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Valid Saudi driving license and willingness to travel within the Kingdom.
  • Familiarity with leading OT cybersecurity technologies and platforms.
  • Relevant cybersecurity certifications are a plus.
