We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Workshop Administrator to join our Retail Aftersales team in Dubai Investment Park (DIP). This role is responsible for supporting the day-to-day administrative operations of the workshop, ensuring accurate system updates, documentation control, job card monitoring, and effective coordination between Service Advisors, Technicians, Parts, and Workshop Management. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining workshop efficiency, supporting KPI tracking, ensuring accurate reporting, and contributing to a seamless customer and operational experience.
