About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and driven Program Manager, Operations to join our fast-paced and innovative team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing cross-functional initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, drive scalability, and support our growth in advanced manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- ● Lead and manage complex, cross-functional operational programs from initiation through execution and delivery.
- ● Collaborate with product, engineering, supply chain, and customer success teams to implement operational improvements and drive measurable outcomes.
- ● Develop and monitor KPIs to track program success and identify areas for continuous improvement.
- ● Create detailed project plans, manage budgets, mitigate risks, and ensure timelines are met.
- ● Serve as a key liaison between stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables.
- ● Analyze data to inform decision-making and identify opportunities for automation and process enhancement.
- ● Champion lean principles and operational best practices across the organization.
Requirements
- ● Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
