About the Job
The Senior Analyst, Operations Excellence supports the Operations Enablement team in defining strategy and driving execution across quoting, pricing, and large deal workflows. This role sits between Sales and Partner teams and brings a deep analytical understanding of both customer requirements and partner capabilities to improve how we price, quote, and deliver for the most complex portions of our business. The Senior Analyst will define KPIs, analyze sales and operations performance data, identify performance deviations, and develop structured recommendations that improve customer acquisition, quote accuracy, cycle time, and margin.
Role & Responsibilities
- ● Analyze sales, quoting, and operations performance data to identify trends and root causes of deviations
- ● Develop and maintain KPI frameworks across quoting and large deal workflows
- ● Build dashboards and reporting to provide transparency across teams
- ● Support definition of improvement roadmaps for quoting and large deal teams
