About the Job

We are seeking an experienced and driven Program Manager, Operations to join our fast-paced and innovative team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing cross-functional initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, drive scalability, and support our growth in advanced manufacturing. Preference will be given to candidates with a background in the Aerospace & Defense Industry.

Role & Responsibilities

  • ● Lead and manage complex, cross-functional operational programs from initiation through execution and delivery.
  • ● Collaborate with product, engineering, supply chain, and customer success teams to implement operational improvements and drive measurable outcomes.
  • ● Develop and monitor KPIs to track program success and identify areas for continuous improvement.
  • ● Create detailed project plans, manage budgets, mitigate risks, and ensure timelines are met.
  • ● Serve as a key liaison between stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables.
  • ● Analyze data to inform decision-making and identify opportunities for automation and process enhancement.
  • ● Champion lean principles and operational best practices across the organization.

Requirements
