Responsibilities
- ● Support the end-to-end training programs execution including logistics setup, survey/feedback analysis to the creation and preparation of training materials, presentations, and e-learning content.
- ● Help manage and maintain our Learning Management System (LMS) and other training platforms / employee training records stay to date from Global to local.
- ● Administer post-training surveys, collect feedback, and assist in analyzing the results.
