About the Role

Als Junior Content Creator (Mensch) bist Du der kreative Rohdiamant in unserem Team. Du lernst den gesamten Prozess der Content Creation von der Pike auf, von der Idee über das Abdrehen vor Ort bis zum finalen Cut.

Responsibilities

  • ● Support with ideation and conception in a team of content creator, conceptor, and social media manager to learn how viral concepts are created.
  • ● You are eager to grab the camera or smartphone yourself: you accompany shoots on location, assist with setup, and energetically produce your first own short content pieces.
  • ● Assist with preparation of shoots (equipment research, packing lists, props) in coordination with creators and the content office.
  • ● Perform first independent edits of video assets (focus: native 9:16 Reels and TikToks) and prepare raw material.
  • ● Actively contribute to trends and performance insights.
