Responsibilities
- ● You are responsible for the operational, technical and disciplinary management of the entire accounting system for our media agencies as well as the holding companies of WPP Media.
- ● You drive the digitization and optimization of our financial processes and act as a trusted contact person for management, auditors and internal stakeholders.
- ● You are responsible for the technical and disciplinary leadership as well as the continuous development of the Financial Accounting Team.
- ● You are responsible for ensuring the correct mapping of all scalable business transactions in the accounting system for all agencies and holding units supervised.
- ● You are responsible for the continuous monitoring and quality assurance in the processing of secondary books as well as the control and release of national and international payment transactions.
- ● You are responsible for the responsible coordination and timely creation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, both according to national law and international standards.
- ● You accompany and process annual financial statement audits and ensure compliance conformity within the framework of SOX audits.
- ● You also act as a contact person for banks, tax consultants and auditors.
