Role Summary and Impact In this role, your key responsibilities and goals will be:
Requirements
- ● Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline
- ● Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in risk, control, or compliance functions, with a strong background in SOX compliance; prior experience in an audit firm is a distinct advantage
- ● Solid understanding of internal controls, ICFR frameworks, and audit processes
- ● Strong command of English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex compliance matters clearly and concisely to diverse stakeholders
- ● Proven ability to work independently with a high level of initiative, self motivation, and ownership
- ● Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, with a collaborative and approachable style that builds trust across all levels of the organization
- ● Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, able to identify risks and recommend practical solutions
- ● Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
