About the Role
The FP&A and MIS Reporting Specialist will be responsible for driving financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting processes. This role involves analyzing financial performance, preparing insightful reports, and supporting strategic decision-making through data-driven analysis.
Responsibilities
- ● Develop annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
- ● Perform variance analysis against budgets and forecasts; provide actionable insights.
- ● Partner with business units to understand drivers of financial performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- ● Support strategic initiatives through financial modeling and scenario analysis.
- ● Prepare and deliver accurate and timely MIS reports for management and stakeholders.
- ● Consolidate financial data across departments and ensure compliance with reporting standards.
- ● Automate and streamline reporting processes for efficiency and accuracy.
- ● Maintain dashboards and KPIs to monitor business performance.
- ● Ensure adherence to internal controls and compliance requirements.
- ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams for data collection and validation.
- ● Support ad-hoc analysis and presentations for senior management.
Requirements
- ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- ● Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills; knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) preferred.
- ● Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- ● Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- ● CA/CMA/MBA in Finance or equivalent professional qualification.
- ● 5-10 years of experience in FP&A, MIS reporting, or related roles.
- ● Experience in industry, e.g., service sector, FMCG, IT preferred.
