Responsibilities

  • ● Leverage cutting edge AI tools to enhance your development workflow, improve velocity, and help pioneer new approaches to building - contributing to a culture of innovation and productivity across the team.
  • ● Lead fellow developers, product managers, designers, and user researchers to build a strong tech infrastructure that enables scalably integration of key customer software partners.
  • ● Architect, create and maintain an AI harness for the rapid integration and maintenance of partners with Toast's systems
  • ● Define and drive technical strategy for problems that affect our International expansion efforts
  • ● Mentor developers across multiple teams through code-pairing and detailed code, architecture, and project reviews
  • ● Champion best practices for development, deployment and quality life cycles
  • ● Document solution design, write and review code, test and rollout solutions to production, capturing and actioning customer feedback to iteratively enhance customer experience
  • ● Collaborate with UX, Product Management, QA and partner engineering teams to build best-in-class solutions in a complex and fast-moving environment
