About the Role

Tilia operates within the Thunes ecosystem, supporting a global cross-border payments network. This role offers exposure to international compliance operations, financial crime risk management, and opportunities for growth within a fast-scaling fintech environment.

Responsibilities

  • ● You own the Product Strategy and Roadmap, translating product vision into actionable quarterly and yearly roadmaps, balancing customer value, technical feasibility, and complex regulatory compliance while driving initiatives from initial discovery through execution and delivery.
  • ● You act as a primary liaison connecting Engineering, UX Design, Operation, Compliance, Legal, and the Executive team, responsible for translating dense business requirements into clear, high-quality product requirements and user stories.
  • ● You collaborate deeply on designing and optimizing robust APIs, payment engines, ledger platforms, and backend architectures that handle massive transaction volumes smoothly.
  • ● You lead recurring product reviews, surface trade-offs, and confidently present data-driven recommendations to the executive teams.
  • ● You proactively identify opportunities to use AI-powered tools to optimize market research, product discovery, prototyping, and data analysis.

Requirements

  • ● At least 5+ years of Product Management experience shipping complex B2B software platforms or consumer apps.
  • ● A proven track record of owning product delivery in Fintech, or digital economies.
  • ● Exceptional influence without authority.
