Our dynamic, international team values creativity, collaboration, and technical excellence. What You Will Do You'll co- own our AI product end-to-end, from discovery to business outcome . You'll set direction s to p roduct m anagers who each own parts of the product, while staying close to customers and internal stakeholders . With designers and engineers, you'll make sure we build the right thing s and build them well. This is a pivotal role to help execute an ambitious vision .

Responsibilities

  • ● Co-own the product
  • ● Co-own our AI product end-to-end, from market research and discovery through to UAT and release together with product design and engineering
  • ● Translate user needs into relevant business outcomes, not just features and products
  • ● Contribute to product vision, strategy and roadmap in close partnership with leadership
  • ● Foster an empowered team across product, design and engineering to deliver great outcomes
  • ● Set direction for and coach other product managers who own parts of the product
  • ● Understand and align with senior management and all other business stakeholders to ensure outcomes pay into vision and strategy
  • ● Stay close to the customer
  • ● Be the voice of the customer, advocating for user needs while balancing technical constraints and business goals
  • ● Keep abreast of industry trends and competitive products so thinkcell stays ahead of the curve
  • ● Use latest technology to deploy best-in-class discovery

  • ● Technical & AI fluency: strong IT affinity, understanding of how our products are built, and familiarity with AI products and technologies (experience shipping AI-powered products a plus)
  • ● Communication: outstanding communicator who partners effectively with engineering and builds compelling presentations (PowerPoint experience a plus)
  • ● Resilience and adaptability: thrives under pressure, embraces evolving processes, and stays focused on delivery
  • ● Language: fluent in English, written and spoken
