About the Company

As our Member Operations Intern, you'll be the quiet engine behind the scenes, making sure everything from coworking desks to member queries gets handled with care and efficiency. Some days you'll be managing bookings and making sure the space looks and feels exactly right. Other days you'll be leading tours, troubleshooting on the fly, helping members access what they need or working with the team to tighten up how things run. No two shifts look the same - and that's exactly the point. If you're someone who notices the details others miss and loves the satisfaction of a well-run operation, you'll feel right at home here.
Responsibilities
- ● Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the coworking spaces and rooftop, including managing rooftop operations by assisting guests, providing towels, ensuring the area is clean, tidy, and well-organized, and delivering a warm and professional welcome to all visitors. Keeping an eye on the space - flagging maintenance issues, restocking, and making sure everything looks and feels great Assisting with member queries related to facilities and access Working with the team to improve operational processes as we grow Leading tours
Requirements
- ● Highly organised with great attention to detail A practical problem-solver who takes initiative Comfortable with systems and tools (bonus if you've used coworking or booking platforms before) A team player who's happy to roll up their sleeves Cool under pressure when the space is busy
- ● What You'll Get Hands-on operational experience in a growing membership business Exposure to how a club balances member experience with behind-the-scenes logistics A collaborative team that trusts you to get on with it
- ● What You'll Have You are currently enrolled at a university within the EU You are studying Hospitality, Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field You bring a positive, hands-on attitude and enjoy meeting new people You are organized and comfortable juggling different tasks throughout the day You enjoy both teamwork and taking initiative when needed You are fluent in Italian and English. Extra languages are always a plus You are available for a full-time internship of 39 hours per week for 6 months
