What You'll Do As a Case Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day management of personal injury cases from intake through resolution while serving as the primary point of contact for clients.

Responsibilities

  • ● Manage and coordinate all aspects of personal injury files
  • ● Maintain proactive communication with clients regarding treatment, case status, and next steps
  • ● Gather and organize supporting documentation
  • ● Communicate with insurance companies, medical providers, and other involved parties
  • ● Assist attorneys with case development and preparation
  • ● Ensure files progress efficiently and timely
  • ● Deliver exceptional client service with professionalism and empathy
  • ● Maintain accurate case documentation within CRM system

Requirements

  • ● + years Personal Injury Case Management experience required
  • ● Strong understanding of personal injury processes, terminology, and medical treatment
  • ● Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
  • ● Detail-oriented with follow through
  • ● Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • ● Positive attitude and team-player mentality
  • ● Bilingual abilities highly valued but not required
