About the Company
Optimization Manager is responsible for driving digital revenue growth across streaming platforms (DSPs) such as Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, and other digital partners. This role focuses on managing platform relationships, optimizing commercial opportunities, and maximizing the performance of the company's music catalogue and releases across digital services.
Requirements
- ● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
- ● Minimum 5-7 years of experience in growth / digital sales / strategic partnerships / business development.
- ● Experience in the music industry would be an advantage.
- ● Strong understanding of Indonesia's music streaming ecosystem (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, etc.).
- ● Proven experience in revenue growth & digital monetization.
- ● Strong analytical skills with ability to transform streaming and sales data into business action plan.
- ● Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- ● Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and w ork effectively in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment.
- ● Basic understanding of music and the Indonesian music industry, including familiarity with Indonesian artists, Indo songs, and Indo genres.
