We are now looking for a Data Engineer in Germany to join our fairly new team in a start-up style atmosphere with Nordic based work culture. We have offices in Munich and Berlin, and have a hybrid work type, made according to your own needs.

• ● As a Senior Data Engineer & Databricks Specialist, you will have these Key Responsibilities:
• ● Databricks Architecture & Implementation:
• ● Design and implement multi-hop pipeline architectures using Databricks Lakehouse.
• ● Optimize Apache Spark workloads for performance and scalability.
• ● Data Engineering & Development:
• ● Build robust ETL pipelines and data models using SQL and/or Python and Scala.
• ● Deliver production-grade solutions across multiple projects leveraging Databricks.
• ● Consulting & Advisory:
• ● Lead client workshops to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• ● Act as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring best practices and successful delivery.
• ● Knowledge Transfer & Mentorship:
• ● Share expertise with internal teams and clients, fostering adoption of Databricks best practices.
• ● Develop reusable frameworks and documentation for future projects.
• ● What do we wish for you to have
• ● + years in data engineering and 5+ years in consulting roles.
• ● Proven track record delivering 2-3 Databricks projects end-to-end.
• ● Deep hands-on experience with Apache Spark and Databricks.
