About the Role

This role reports to the Warehouse and Equipment Manager.

Responsibilities

  • ● Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments from vendors, distribution centers, and client locations
  • ● Prepare, pack, and ship outgoing orders to customers and internal sites, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • ● Maintain accurate inventory records within the inventory management system, including serialization and audits
  • ● Organize warehouse stock by designated locations and maintain clear labeling standards
  • ● Perform regular inventory audits and reconcile physical inventory with system records
  • ● Assemble and prepare customer kits or equipment packages according to documented requirements
  • ● Support imaging, factory resets, secure erasing, and basic configuration of devices when required
  • ● Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and organization in accordance with company standards
  • ● Assist with product setup, documentation, and identification (e.g., product images and descriptions)
  • ● Coordinate with internal teams to support operational, logistics, and technical requirements
  • ● Follow all health, safety, and security procedures while handling equipment and materials

Requirements

  • ● High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or logistics training is an asset
  • ● Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or inventory-related role preferred
  • ● Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • ● Ability to lift, move, and handle warehouse equipment safely
  • ● Basic computer proficiency and ability to work with inventory management systems
  • ● Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • ● Clear communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
  • ● Experience with asset tracking, device serialization, or IT-related equipment handling
  • ● Familiarity with shipping carriers, packing standards, and inventory audits
  • ● Experience working in a fast-paced or multi-site warehouse environment
  • ● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • ● Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving mindset.
  • ● Ability to manage multiple tickets and priorities simultaneously.
