About the Role
In this role, you will: Undertake initial holistic nursing assessments in partnership with the client, their family and the care team. Develop individualised care plans in partnership with the client, their family and other healthcare professionals. Effectively communicate with staff on the clinical condition/diagnosis and treatment/discharge plans of clients and ensure accurate records are maintained by staff. Identify and manage risks as part of care provision and lead the investigation and resolution of clinical incidents, ensuring timely and thorough documentation. Support staff by delivering client-specific clinical training, mentorship and supervision by providing feedback, conducting performance reviews, and supporting professional development. Responsibilities

Requirements
- ● An Paediatric nursing degree with an active NMC pin
- ● Experience in complex or critical care with competencies in tracheostomy and ventilation
- ● Experience managing clinical teams
- ● Experience in a community setting
