About the Role
As a healthcare assistant/support worker, you will be providing high quality, person-centered care to our clients in the comfort of their own home. You will be expected to enrich their quality of life via community interaction and support in achieving their goals/aspirations.
Responsibilities
- ● Provide personal care.
- ● Assist with moving and handling.
- ● Support with any clinical interventions specific to our client.
- ● Enrich their quality of life via community interaction and support in achieving their goals/aspirations.
Requirements
- ● 6 months care experience within the 2 years (UK based).
- ● Have experience with personal care, medication and manual handling.
- ● Comfortable working in a 1:1 setting.
- ● Willing to learn new skills and undertake complex care training.
- ● Ability to provide high-quality care with compassion and professionalism.
