About the Role

As a healthcare assistant/support worker, you will be providing high quality, person-centered care to our clients in the comfort of their own home. Our healthcare assistants/support workers deliver highly bespoke care shaped around the individual needs, goals and aspirations.

Responsibilities

  • ● Provide personal care
  • ● Assist with moving and handling
  • ● Support with any clinical interventions specific to our client
  • ● Enrich their quality of life via community interaction
  • ● Support in achieving their goals/aspirations

Requirements

  • ● 6 months care experience within the 2 years (UK based)
  • ● Have experience with personal care, medication and manual handling
  • ● Comfortable working in a 1:1 setting
  • ● Willing to learn new skills and undertake complex care training
  • ● Ability to provide high-quality care with compassion and professionalism
