About the Role

OpenUp is launching a new occupational health service, Onward, and seeks a founding company doctor to build the service from the ground up while also working directly with early clients. In this role you will bring medical expertise and vision, translate it into practice, develop protocols, build a strong physician team, and ensure quality of the service.

Responsibilities

  • ● Combine building Onward with clinical work for early clients.
  • ● Develop our medical vision, procedures, protocols, and monitor the quality of medical services.
  • ● Recruit, select, and supervise the first company doctors and provide them with content guidance.
  • ● Ensure Onward meets all regulatory requirements for occupational health services, including quality systems, complaint procedures, and certification.
  • ● Participate in acquisition and implementation by engaging with potential clients and guiding implementation projects.
  • ● Directly support early clients as company doctor to test and improve the model in practice.
