About the Role
You own the systems and processes OpenUp's commercial team relies on, from first touch to renewal: the CRM, data, forecasts, reporting for Finance and leadership, and AI tools that reduce manual work for Sales, Customer Success and Marketing. This is a hands-on individual contributor role for someone who understands revenue operations end to end and enjoys building practical solutions. Roughly a third of your time goes into keeping HubSpot, data quality, reporting, forecasting and quarter-end processes reliable. You work daily with the Commercial Leadership Team, AEs, BDRs, Customer Success and Finance. What you will own Commercial systems and data HubSpot across Sales Hub, Service Hub and Marketing Hub: objects, lifecycle stages, lead and deal architecture, workflows, permissions, reporting and the API. Integrations with Apollo (enrichment and outbound), our contract, calling, meeting-notes and compensation tools, and everything the team builds in-house. Data quality: deduplication, enrichment, contact and company associations, the Do-Not-Engage list and account allocation per AE. Forecast, reporting and quarter-end The pipeline forecast in HubSpot, and the reporting on pipeline, conversion, outbound effectiveness and net revenue retention. Quarter-end close with Finance, including the inputs for Sales and Customer Success compensation.
