Requirements

  • ● Strong English communication skills (written and spoken) and confident in delivering consultations in English.
  • ● BA degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
  • ● Minimum 2+ years' experience providing 1:1 consulting, financial advisory, or coaching on personal finance, budgeting, or financial well-being.
  • ● Certification in financial planning, budget coaching or WFT (at least Basis and Asset management) (completed or in progress).
  • ● Nice to have: local certifications, regulated advisory licenses, or financial coaching accreditations (e.g., in the Netherlands: WFT Asset Management under the Financial Supervision Act).
  • ● Tech-savvy, with a self-reliant approach to digital platforms and systems.
  • ● You have a laptop/computer with Windows 11, OR MacOS Sonoma 14, AND an antivirus turned on in your device.
  • ● Entrepreneurial, proactive, and open to continuous learning.
  • ● A team player who thrives independently and takes ownership of personal and professional growth.
  • ● A natural connector: you create a safe, supportive space for clients and act decisively to help them move forward.
  • ● You live the "practice what you preach" mindset, showing integrity and reflection in how you approach both clients and colleagues.
