Nebius is looking for a Strategy Manager to join our central Strategy team - a company-wide center of excellence that connects the dots across the organization and brings facts and analysis to top management. You will own high-visibility workstreams at the heart of how Nebius plans and performs: the company KPI framework, headcount planning across departments, and cross-functional strategic projects. The AI infrastructure market moves weekly - this role is for someone who thrives on speed, rigor and ownership.
