About the Role

Nebius Academy is building a scalable education and workforce development model. The Regional Manager, Education Programs & Partnerships will lead the implementation and operational delivery of this strategy within the assigned region, ensuring educational commitments move from strategy to successful execution by coordinating across Nebius Academy, Government Relations, educational institutions, workforce organizations, industry partners, and community stakeholders. The role serves as the regional operational leader for Nebius Academy's education and workforce partnerships, ensuring the right curriculum is available, delivery partners are prepared, technology and learning platforms are operational, timelines are managed, and learner outcomes are measured. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable managing complex educational programs, building relationships with external institutions, and creating the operational infrastructure required to scale programs across multiple communities and countries.

Responsibilities

  • ● Lead the implementation and operational delivery of Nebius Academy's education and workforce partnership strategy within the assigned region.
  • ● Ensure educational commitments move from strategy to successful execution by coordinating across Nebius Academy, Government Relations, educational institutions, workforce organizations, industry partners, and community stakeholders.
  • ● Ensure the right curriculum is available to learners in the region.
  • ● Prepare delivery partners for program delivery.
  • ● Operate technology and learning platforms to support program delivery.
  • ● Manage program timelines to meet delivery deadlines.
  • ● Measure learner outcomes and report on success metrics.
  • ● Build and maintain relationships with external educational institutions and partners.
  • ● Create and maintain operational infrastructure required to scale programs across multiple communities and countries.
