About the Role

Nebius is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own and evolve our enterprise story: the narrative, messaging, and go-to-market motion that turn Nebius's full-stack differentiation into pipeline and revenue with mid-market and enterprise buyers. This is a role for someone who has done enterprise product marketing in B2B cloud or AI infrastructure modern tech companies and can prove it, through messaging and content they built, as well as through orchestrating the GTM motion behind it. You understand the AI cloud stack well enough to hold your own with engineers, and you know what it takes to move a complex enterprise buying committee (CIOs, CTOs, Chief Data/AI Officers, CISOs, VPs of Infrastructure, security, procurement teams) over a 6-18-month cycle with programs, plays and enablement. You've built messaging that sales actually uses, and you measure your work in enablement adoption, win rates, and deals influenced, not just assets shipped. Reporting to the Product Marketing Lead, you'll be a driving force behind how Nebius positions itself to the enterprise, and a force multiplier for the go-to-market teams: sales, solutions architecture, and partnerships, who carry that story into the field. You're welcome to work remotely in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • ● Build and evolve the enterprise narrative and messaging for Nebius, translating full-stack differentiation into compelling stories for mid-market and enterprise buyers.
  • ● Orchestrate the go-to-market motion, including programs, plays, and enablement, to drive pipeline and revenue with enterprise customers.
  • ● Develop messaging and content that sales actually uses, and measure success through enablement adoption, win rates, and deals influenced.
  • ● Partner with sales, solutions architecture, and partnerships teams to equip them with the story and assets needed to bring the enterprise narrative into the field.
  • ● Engage with technical and executive audiences (CIOs, CTOs, Chief Data/AI Officers, CISOs, VPs of Infrastructure, security, procurement teams) to understand their needs and tailor positioning.

Requirements

  • ● Proven experience in enterprise product marketing within B2B cloud or AI infrastructure technology companies, with a track record of delivering messaging and content that drove pipeline and revenue.
  • ● Deep understanding of the AI cloud stack, enough to hold your own with engineers and technical buyers.
  • ● Experience orchestrating go-to-market motions for complex enterprise buying committees over 6-18-month sales cycles.
  • ● Ability to build messaging and content that sales teams adopt and use, with a focus on measurable outcomes like enablement adoption, win rates, and deals influenced.
