About the Role
We are seeking a thoughtful and adaptable Senior HR Business Partner to join our growing team in San Francisco. This role will collaborate closely with leaders and employees to support a high-performing, inclusive, and globally distributed workforce. The ideal candidate brings experience from fast-growing technology environments and is comfortable partnering with multicultural engineering teams across multiple regions. As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, helping to align people strategies with business objectives. You will contribute to organizational design, talent development, employee engagement, and performance management while ensuring that HR practices are equitable, compliant, and scalable.
Responsibilities
- ● Partner with business leaders to develop and implement people strategies that support growth, innovation, and team effectiveness
- ● Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives
- ● Support managers in performance management, employee development, and feedback practices
- ● Foster an inclusive and engaging work environment across diverse, globally distributed teams
- ● Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and People Operations to support hiring, onboarding, and retention efforts
- ● Analyze people data and trends to inform decision-making and recommend improvements
