Requirements

  • ● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, eCommerce, or a related field.
  • ● 10+ years of experience in online merchandising or related work experience.
  • ● Strong business acumen and ability to connect tactical execution to overall sales and growth objectives.
  • ● Knowledge of eCommerce best practices, trends and digital marketing tactics.
  • ● Familiarity with SEO principles, on-site search optimization, and A/B testing principals.
  • ● Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) and content management systems.
  • ● Hands-on experience using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Tableau dashboards and Excel/Sheets for reporting and analysis.
  • ● Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver under pressure.
  • ● Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
  • ● Entrepreneurial, passionate about consumer experience and savvy about managing business goals.
  • ● Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills & ability to work with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders.
  • ● Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
