Excellent package on offer with room for negotiations Role Purpose As Senior MEP Project Manager, you will take full ownership for the successful delivery of mechanical and electrical packages on large-scale projects. You will be responsible for leading project teams, managing stakeholders, and ensuring that projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest standards of quality. Requirements
- ● Proven experience operating as a MEP Project Manager / Senior PM on large-scale projects
- ● Strong background in data centre, pharmaceutical, or industrial projects
- ● Experience managing projects in excess of 20M+ MEP scope
- ● Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical building services systems
- ● Demonstrated leadership experience managing multi-disciplinary teams
- ● Strong commercial awareness and contract management experience
- ● Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
