Responsibilities
- ● Lead the design and evolution of large-scale, distributed systems and platform architectures.
- ● Define and drive company-wide technical strategy aligned with long-term business and product objectives.
- ● Establish architectural principles, standards, and best practices to ensure scalability, consistency, and maintainability.
- ● Drive the strategic adoption of AI-assisted development practices and AI-enabled capabilities across the organization.
- ● Lead cross-functional and cross-organizational initiatives spanning multiple systems, domains, and business units.
- ● Identify and mitigate systemic technical risks and drive long-term modernization and technical debt reduction initiatives.
