Responsibilities
- ● Manage and optimize global compensation programs, including base, variable, and equity compensation, to attract and retain top talent.
- ● Conduct strategic analysis to identify problems, evaluate alternative courses of action, and recommend solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- ● Lead transformative projects that align with company objectives.
- ● Collaborate closely with HR, finance, and business leaders, leveraging mathematical modeling and quantitative insights to enhance compensation structures and operational processes.
