Kaseya is looking for a Senior Manager to lead the Security Technical Program Management team. This role will be responsible for driving execution across key security, infrastructure, compliance, and platform initiatives while building strong operational rigor across the organization. The right person for this role knows how to navigate complex environments, bring structure to ambiguity, and keep large cross-functional programs moving forward. This is a highly visible leadership role that requires strong technical understanding, program leadership experience, and the ability to communicate effectively with both engineering teams and executives. Lead and grow the Security TPM organization supporting enterprise security and infrastructure initiatives. Coach and mentor Technical Program Managers across multiple workstreams. Establish strong program management practices, execution discipline, and operational transparency. Create clear governance models, reporting stru
