About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Phlebotomist to join a fast-paced clinic environment. The ideal candidate will have prior pediatric experience and be confident working in a high-volume, high-mobility setting. This clinic operates at a rapid pace, so applicants must be able to move efficiently throughout the day, adapt quickly to changing demands, and maintain accuracy under pressure.
Responsibilities
- ● You will provide excellent customer service to patients and families, answer phones, and monitor for instrumentation alarms.
- ● You will perform venipuncture for blood collection, obtain additional specimen types as required, and prepare all samples for lab testing and screening, with a focus on pediatric patients.
- ● You will verify specimen information, perform data entry, and properly identify patient information.
