About the Company
We are looking for a friendly and customer-service-oriented Courier with a clean driving record to enhance our team. Pay: 16.00 - 20.66 per hour with rate negotiable based on experience PRN - As Needed Covers call outs and scheduled time off for routes ranging from 11am to 8:30pm No guaranteed hours
Requirements
- ● High School Diploma or equivalent
- ● Strong preference for candidates with previous driving/courier experience
- ● Valid, unrestricted driver's license
- ● Clean driving record
- ● Navigation, punctuality, and ability to follow detailed instructions
- ● Ability to drive in inclement weather
- ● Frequent lifting up to 30 lbs. Occasional lifting of 30-60 lbs.
- ● Ability to enter and exit assigned vehicle. Able to sit in vehicle/drive for up to 4 hours nonstop.
- ● Ability to load & unload assigned vehicle, with frequent bending involved.
- ● Ability to wear personal protective equipment as needed.
- ● Regularly handle potentially infectious samples.
- ● Ability to drive assigned vehicle in all types of conditions, including built-up areas, freeway, and rural traffic, hours of darkness, and inclement weather.
- ● May be exposed to odorous chemicals and specimens.
- ● Occasional-to-regular kneeling, bending, stooping and twisting to perform vehicle inspections and minor operator maintenance, including changing tires.
