About the Role
We're seeking a dedicated and reliable Phlebotomist to join our team In this role, you'll be responsible for managing front desk draws and assisting with pick-ups or draws at Treasure Valley Hospital as needed. The ideal candidate will be personable, adaptable, and efficient-ready to contribute to a positive team environment while ensuring excellent patient care. Responsibilities
- ● You will provide excellent customer service, answer phones, and monitor for instrumentation alarms as part of administrative duties.
- ● You will perform venipuncture for blood collection, obtain additional specimen types as required, and prepare all samples for lab testing and screening as part of technical responsibilities.
- ● You will verify specimen information, perform data entry, and properly identify patient information for accurate data management.
- ● You will receive, process, and package samples for referral labs while maintaining specimen integrity as part of specimen handling.
