About the Company

You will focus on new hires, processing them into Workday, and initiating and monitoring background and ID checks. You will also communicate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and seamless new hire journey, from offer through to induction. As the subject matter expert, you will deliver an exceptional candidate experience. Process onboarding in Greenhouse and Workday. Monitor onboarding tasks in Service Now Process new hire and greenhouse welcome. Troubleshoot integration issues. Provide up to date reporting to support compliance. Monitor new hire candidate feedback. Accurate and timely documentation and processing. Meet Payroll processing timelines. Process and track referral payments. Initiate and monitor background checking (e.g. referencing, employment, DBS, qualifications etc). Ensure background checks are monitored and completed promptly. Respond to any concerns quickly and escalate them. Support with invoice processing invoice payments if required. Responsible for new hire compliance regarding Right to Work/ I-9 documents Accurate and timely processing of visa information and documentation. Regularly scheduled auditing of completion. Workday is up to date and accurate. Flag any concerns with RTW Develop strong, positive relationships with both team members and candidates throughout the onboarding journey. Process relevant documentation, including letters, forms, and guidance material following any required changes and ensure these reflect our brand. Meet all information security requirements, including data protection, in accordance with the Group's policy, procedures, and statutory requirements. Takes a to project activity and additional tasks which support the continuous improvement of the service. Feedback on challenges and opportunities for improvement of processes and behaviours. Requirements

  • CIPD qualified (or equivalent qualification) or a willingness to work towards a relevant qualification.
  • Experience working with cloud-based HRIS (preferably Workday).
  • Experience working with an ATS system (preferably Greenhouse).
