About the Role

We are seeking a Middle+ Project Manager with strong project management experience to lead projects involving innovative AI and technology solutions. This role is focused on project ownership and delivery, working across business and technical teams to understand stakeholder needs, shape requirements, and drive the implementation of technology and process improvements.

Responsibilities

  • ● Lead projects end-to-end and coordinate multiple projects across departments, ensuring project goals are achieved within scope, timeline, and budget
  • ● Own project planning, including solution design, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management
  • ● Analyze workflows and business processes, identify optimization opportunities, and translate them into actionable project requirements
  • ● Drive business process improvements through research, process modeling, data analysis, and gap analysis
  • ● Work with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to clarify requirements, report progress, present results, and manage expectations
  • ● Organize the work of cross-functional business and technical teams, including scope, priorities, and backlog
  • ● Lead implementation and change management, ensuring stakeholder engagement and smooth adoption
  • ● Coordinate the integration of business systems, processes, and technology solutions

Requirements

  • ● 4+ years of Project Management experience, with proven experience leading projects from initial request through implementation
